Terms and Conditions

This U.S. Policies and Procedures document outlines policies and procedures for I can do it™ members.

In this document Atlantic Designs LLC is referred to as Sports Bag Tag , the individual entering the Agreement (as defined below), are referred to as “you.” A member’s personal member account.

Other terms used in this document are representative, customers.

“Customers,” including retail customers, are individuals who are not members and who can purchase product directly from Sports Bag Tag for personal consumption but are not authorized to enroll members and earn profit or resell Sports Bag Tag .

A customer may become a member at any time by meeting the requirements of the Become a Representative section.

Sports Bag Tag may amend the terms and conditions of the Agreement from time to time.

Terms and conditions may be updated periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will indicate at the top of the notice when it was most recently updated.

By executing the Member Agreement, you agree to abide by all amendments or modifications.If a member is not willing to accept any amendments or modifications, the member may voluntarily terminate his or her contract with Sports Bag Tag .

Becoming a Member Requirements

Read, complete, sign, and submit a Member Agreement

If you are an individual, be at least 18 years old.

An individual as young as 16 years old (a “minor”) may become a member upon the following conditions:

The minor’s parent or guardian must sign the Member Agreement and agree to take full responsibility for the minor member’s account along with the minor. The minor must also re-sign the Member Agreement when the minor turns 18 years old.

A Social Security Number is not required to enroll as a member. However, a Social Security Number may be required later for income tax purposes.

Sports Bag Tag may reject your Member Agreement for any reason to the extent permitted by law.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of your Agreement:

Fraudulently enrolling another person or entity as a member or customer.

Enrolling members without their knowledge.

Enrolling fake individuals or entities as members or customers.

Signing the Agreement for another person or entity without their knowledge.

Cross-line recruiting.

Operating Business

Becoming a Member : You are an independent sales contractor and are not a purchaser of a franchise or business opportunity. The Agreement between you and Sports Bag Tag does not create an employer/employee relationship, agency, partnership, or joint venture. You will not be treated as an employee for your services or for federal or state tax purposes. You are responsible for paying local, state, and federal taxes due from all compensation earned as a member. You have no authority (expressed or implied) to bind Sports Bag Tag to any obligation.

Members’ primary business is to sell, promote, and market products to consumers.Members are responsible for determining how, when, and where they will operate their business.

To ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, a member may have a legal or equitable interest in only one member account.

As a member

~ follow the highest standards of honesty and professionalism while operating under the

Agreement

~ do not engage in activities that may cause losses to any Sports Bag Tag member

~ respect the privacy all members and customers

~ abide by all rules, laws and regulations

Do not attempt to respond to media inquiries regarding Sports Bag Tag its products or services, or your business organization.

Representation and Advertising

To prevent inadvertent errors or illegal claims, you should strive to use the current Sports Bag Tag materials.

If you choose to use advertising materials that were not developed by Sports Bag Tag you must clearly identify that the material is from an Independent Member.

Any use of advertising materials not produced by Sports Bag Tag be compliant with all applicable laws and these Policies and Procedures.

You are fully responsible for all verbal and written statements you make regarding Sports Bag Tag products and services.

Benefits and Profit (fundraising)

Commissions and Bonuses will be paid in accordance with the Plan.

When a product is returned to Sports Bag Tag for a refund the Profit attributable to the returned or repurchased product(s) will be deducted from any future checks.

You should review your statements and report any errors or discrepancies to within Sports Bag Tag 30 days from the date on the check. Errors or discrepancies that are not brought Sports Bag Tag’s attention within 30 days will be deemed waived.

Taxes

Members are responsible for complying with the tax laws in the jurisdiction where you reside. In the United States, you are responsible for paying all local, state, and federal income taxes on any earnings generated through your business organization.

If you do not submit a valid Social Security Number (SSN), Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) Sports Bag Tag as required by law, will withhold the legally required income tax from your commission check for backup withholdings until you provide Sports Bag Tag with one.

Any fines or penalties incurred Sports Bag Tag of an incorrect SSN, TIN, or name will be your responsibility, and you agree to reimburse Sports Bag Tag these costs.

Sports Bag Tag provide an IRS Form 1099 MISC (Non-Employee Compensation) earnings statement to you if you are a U.S. resident who had earnings over $600 in the previous calendar year.

Customers are not required to provide any tax information.

Sports Bag Tag products

To ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, you may not relabel, alter the labels of, repackage, or refill any Sports Bag Tag product.

Sports Bag Tags products must be sold in their original containers only.
